1 -  Clean as a whistle

To remove all the meat from the chopper's endless screw and grid, finish off by chopping two crackers or a piece of toast.

2 -  Foolproof custard

For easy custard, prepare it in the blender bowl and add three ice-cubes. After three light presses, it regains its richness.

3 -  Home-made breadcrumbs

Using the mini-chopper, make your own breadcrumbs by processing a few crusts of stale bread in this appliance.

4 -  Impeccable mill

To clean your coffee grinder thoroughly, let it run with some white bread for a few moments. Empty it and wipe.

5 -  Snack idea

Take some prunes and leave them in water to swell. In the blender or chopper's bowl, place equal quantities of blue cheese and butter and blend together. Fill the stoned prunes with this preparation. Place in the fridge. Decorate with walnut pieces. Serve with drinks.

6 -  Sun-kissed starter

Chop 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 3 slices white bread and 1 drop olive oil in the chopper. Add salt and pepper and spread or sprinkle over tomatoes or other vegetables. Bake in the oven until golden brown.

7 -  Winter basil

With a chopper, chop some basil, garlic and grated cheese (with some salt). Add some olive oil. Fill baby food jars with this mixture and freeze. It's a good way of keeping basil sauce at hand throughout the winter
